Another Exercise Question

I golf every weekend. Since starting on Medifast (and for many months before that...I pretty much used a motorized cart to putter along the course).

However, today I plan on walking all nine holes, pulling my bag and clubs behind me on a manual cart. According to the Calorie King Exercise Manager, 90 minutes walking a golf course uses up 757 Calories!! I planned out my eating for today, and even with a +400 calorie ...

HI. I am returning because I know this works but I have a question. Whats the deal with exercise? I have been working out pretty regularly but I know that with so few calories and carbs I wll have less energy to go on. dont want to stop but I am thinking of backing off to just walking the treadmill, etc. thanks for your input, nancy

OK so here is my weekly weigh in!

Start Weight: 230
Last week: 222.5
This week : 220
Loss last week: -2.5
Total loss: 10 pounds!!!

Applebee's dining option

Hi guys. I'm on the full fast but have a professional lunch next week and would like to add a L&G for that one day. I'll be eating at Applebee's. TELL ME WHAT TO ORDER. I don't want to have to even look at that menu or make ANY decisions right now. Too early in the program! :mrgreen:

I have missed you

I just wanted to let you all know that I have missed you guys!

I have been really busy the past few weeks with planning a move to another state and some family illnesses.

Mini-Goals: Reevaluated My Plan

Didn't reach my mini-goal of 45 lbs. by 6/4, but I am still excited about my progress. Setting minis have helped me to re-evaluate my progress, make changes, and be a bit more realistic about what my body can do.

I've decided to:

1. Stop flim-flamming about exercise and strength training and start doing it on a regular basis (not some crazy-intense-long-complicated program, though!) Something I can keep up with!
