today (well yesterday now) was my first day on MF. i can't get over how people can DO this. i will stick with it, but i'm craving carbs like mad. breads, cookies, pasta... you name it, i want it.

so... i'm on the 5+1 and kept to the rules. i drank all the water and hrm... i didn't cheat! so ...
