I am having a really hard time on medifast this time. I successfully lost 50 lbs . 2 years ago and shortly after I went from working a very physically demanding job to a desk job that restricted my activity level to almost none. I have slowly gained all 50 lbs back . I am very disappointed in myself for letting this happen. Anyway , I remember medifast being very easy for me last time ...
Note to self....The MF plan doesn't work too well when you mix it up with nachos and martinis! Here we go again. Restart #9865 at least. But it's Thursday and I have been EXACTLY on track. Just had to get my brain straight I guess.

I have been trying to get back on the program, but I always start my day off on the wrong foot. I'm not much of a breakfast person; I can live on a cup of coffee...but that's all I like. So, I've tried the eggs, oatmeal and shakes, and I just can't find the right thing. Any suggestions? I don't like cappucino or the other hot drinks.
A new favorite! This one is beyond easy for even the most inept of cooks and tastes delicious so try it out and let me know what you think. It is especially good for those who pre-plan meals for the entire week and/or several days at a time.
