I was introduced to MF by mellowmom. That was three week ago and now I have lost 13 lbs. I'm so excited. I love that forum. It is so encouraging to me.

Woo hoo! On one hand, I almost can't believe I've lost 40 pounds already with so little effort. On the other hand, it was so easy, I feel like I'm just cruising along to my goal weight, Medifast shake in hand.
