Can you drink Ice Tea and how much???

I have to come clean and start fresh. As of tomorrow morning I will be starting MF plan like it was the first time I had done it. I haven't done MF 100% since The end of April. I have just been a piggy. I was at 197.4 and now I think I'm up and over 200 again. I know it was my own fault. I'm going to be 100% on MF for at least ...

can one meal knock you out of ketosis? What if a skip a medifast meal?
I had more than 5 ounces of beef tonight and I do not know what to do.. I also need to have one more medifast meal...should I have it? :oops:

Ok so last weekend my husband took a pic of my riding, I relaized its almost the same as pic of me last year and I could see alittle difference. I asked a friend of mine what she thought and she told me to post it here. So now I guess we wait.

OK - my turn to journal here.
I keep a journal on my computer but have used it to log in my walking mileage in the past. Lately, I've been adding comments about my weight loss.

My first week went really well.
This past week was my second week - and, well, I was a bit "weak."

I've been making much better food choices shopping at the grocery store for my family...my mistake was thinking ...

I have the following up for trade:

1 box of Creamy Ranch Salad Dressing
3 boxes of Robust Tomato Fast Soup
2 boxes + 13 packets of Delicate Chicken Fast Soup

WOW! How cool to be able to have your own journal to post whenever you want. I’ve been keeping a written journal since I was 15, so I have about 38 books filled. I still love to write by hand, but this might be a fun way to get some of my MF thoughts in every once in a while. I’ve never posted to a forum before so this should be interesting.
