My friend told me she passed by a Medifast "store" the other day. It's off Preston Rd. between Hedgecoxe and 121 somewhere. Don't know if that's Plano or Frisco. Anyone hear of this? I might go by tomorrow to check it out. Just curious...

I'm just beginning my 3rd week on MF and have lost 9 pounds. This is very exciting and I want to continue on this path to success.

Here is my dilemma. I'll be flying to another state this weekend to attend a wedding. Any good tips to share for following MF while travelling and visiting with friends and relatives?

Well, in a manner of speaking. As of today, even the regular BMI calculators say I'm in normal range (a few weeks ago, it was the mybodycomp site that said so). Woo hoo!!!!!

Hello all, I have been on Medifast since May 5th and at my last weigh in on June 9th I had lost 41.5 pounds. I have been really pleased with the program but all of the sudden I don't feel the same excitement and commitment I first did. Anyone else feel this?

I've been using Netflix for home delivery of DVD rentals for several years now. I love the convenience and no-hassle service. Any other NF devotees out there??

I have lost 40 pounds, but fell OFF the wagon about a month ago....pretty sad. I have gained 10 pounds, pretty awful....
Ok, so now i am re-starting tomorrow, i need to loose 50 more pounds, but everyday i restart, it is so hard and feil, everyday, and restart the day after, and like that a month have passed.
That is why i am seeking help... from you guts the experts and my inspirations....
