I finally hit that 30 gone mark.It feels so so so good.My only regret is that I didn't start medifast earlier.I wish I would have started it in January instead of my exercise program which consisted of"working out hard "& "eating whatever I wanted too" I wonder why that didn't work.???????HMMMMMM.....

Actually, I'm writing because Mike isn't here and I have a hard time going to bed.

My thoughts: I'll keep the abstract "poetry" to myself. My university supervisor liked it, but I think it cost me an interview in the Rogue Valley when I used it for my autobiography. (Actually, that prof was the first one to call it poetry. Perhaps in something besides our typical, English meter-and-rhyme definition, it might fit the definition.) ...

I just did my first week and proudly went to weigh myself... gained a pound. I did everything perfectly (I'm really anal with this kind of thing...measuring cups, of course)
I guess I knew I didn't feel a change, but I read about so many people's huge losses the first week so somewhere in there I kept hoping...

I guess I will just stick with it and see what happens. But why, oh why, DID ...
