NSV

Alright, I'm pretty jazzed. I have been walking a ton since starting MF. I usually walk around my neighborhood and always avoid a big hill by our park because it kicks my butt! Last night I desided to take the walk and do the climb up the hill. (it's steep, I'm tellin ya!) I made it to the top without stoping! AND....I could still carry on a conversation with my hubby! Usually we have to ...

Never give up

NEVER GIVE UP

Three things will turn around a cluttered (body):

• determination (I am strongly dedicated to this goal)
• persistence (I will consistently act to get it done)
• enthusiasm (I am so happy to be on the road to recovery)

These three attitudes are hard to maintain but if you do, the (fat) will melt in their presence like snow in the sun.

Do what it takes to keep them."

How often do you weigh yourself?

Do you weigh in every day, once a week, not even that often?

My dh has always weighed himself every night before going to bed. I tell him he should do it in the morning and he seems to think it doesnt matter as long as it is the same time every day. I go thru spurts but I am trying so hard to not check all the time so I dont get disappointed if ...

LIZABETTE

JUNE 21, 2006.

I go away from the boards for awhile and come back to discover this wonderful new thread. How terrific...a place to put into words whatever one feels, and with pictures, even.

I loved the beautiful pictures of Diana and Mike on their wedding day and her amazing story of their ongoing weight loss experiences…so touching and inspiring. Others I have read, but not nearly all. I look forward to reading them all ...

Hello

Yes, I'm new to the forum, but I've been on Medifast for 7 weeks now. Did a little cheating for two weeks at the beginning of this month and gained 2.5 pounds. yikes...but I lost 3.5 this week. So that makes me happy and I can now move on from my errors. I've now lost 15.5 pounds and I have 74 more pounds to go. This diet isn't easy for me. I'm a very textural ...
