AHHHHHHHHH! This site has so many hidden things! What is NSV? What is Onederland? Why is there discussion over Turkeys and Muffin Tops? Someone please fill me in. I think I'm going crazy!!!!!!! :shock:

so both my cousin and i can fit into size 18's ! the other night we were digging out all our size 18's and trying them on and sure enough they all fit! just thought i would share :D we were driving her husband nuts. he was trying to play on his comp and we kept walking in going "look! LOOK!" lol

Off to Tennessee but not off program. I have my RTD's all ready to go. I will be back sometime next weekend.

I will miss all of you and will not report weight loss till July 9th. I think it will be good for me to be away from the scale for awhile.

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up on the Dole bagged lettuce. I guess there have been cases of ecoli from it, and it supposed to be pulled from shelves for now. Read this online, so do a google to find the articles.

Just needing some help planning my next L&G.

I wanted to try to eat these:

Butterball Chicken Breast Strips

3 oz serving

90 calories
1.5g fat
2g carbs
0g sugar
18g protein

Do you think it would be safe to eat 6 or 7 oz of this? Or should I avoid it like the plague! LOL

I really want something different for my L&G. I am getting bored.

1 envelope dutch chocolate shake, a bit (.5 t or so) of instant coffee, appx 1 oz sf caramel syrup. blend w/ .75 c water & an = amount of ice. freeze 10-15 minutes. drink and think you're in chocolate heaven :heart: :heart: :heart:!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

when i was larger (sad to think i could have been since i'm still so big) i used to combat discomfort with humor. ok, i still do.

i remember one time this guy kept looking at me funny.

so i asked, "does my ass make these jeans look big?"

I don't know if this is going to be random or dumb to some people, but I'm very sad right now. My 15 year old kitty has kidney failure and we're going to have to have her put down this afternoon. I'm very sad. I don't know what else to say. :(

i don't know what the deal is, but lately when i eat a bar (no matter how slowly) i feel so full it's like i'm going to hurl. can we split a bar in half and make it 2 meals? it does have a lot more calories....
