Hi, This is the first time I have posted on a site. I have been on Medifast since April 24th, I placed my orders through the main website. I have looked at many of the posts, just never took the time to post my own. What may be a silly question, is it possible to drink to much water? I've been downing between 4-5 lt (130-150 oz) daily. The scale is moving; I feel good, I just don't want to drown myself before I hit goal... :lol:

So is anyone doing Pilates? I bought a Pilates video the other day that has five 10 minute programs on it. I've done the 10 minute abs program twice. For 10 minutes of exercise done completely while I'm on my butt I sure sweat! It's really hard though, and I'm not quite strong enough to hold the positions correctly. Does anyone have any tips to make holding the correct position easier? Or other tips? I ...

I've been doing the Medifast 5;1 for about 7 weeks now and all has been fine, I've lost 35 lbs which is great and I've always felt well and happy but this weekend I've felt terrible and still do.
