Well, my medifast stuff arrived yesterday evening while I was at work and was here to greet me when I got home. I looked through the stuff, read all of the materials (which was probably unnecessary considering how much time I've spent online checking stuff out) and headed to sleep.

Hi...I've been doing Medifast for about a month and have lost about 12 lbs. I'm struggling right now because I caught my s/o cheating on me and I am just sick. I haven't been able to eat too much, but I keep trying to get the shakes in. I guess I'm not eating enough b/c the scale hasn't moved. Just need you guys to keep me going...I'm really stuck in a bad place right now. ...

Just curious. Who all on this board is on 5/1 with the Lean and Green and who all is on the 6/0 MF Meals only plan?

And why did you choose the programs you did?

I'm on 5 & 1 because I didn't want to go through the hassle (and at the time, embarassment) of going to see my doctor and have him "monitoring" aka "looking over my shoulder". I tend to want to take ...

This is the first site I have been active at that isnt a Christian based site. I was just wondering if anyone else here is a Christian or born again Christian.

what "free foods" can you have I know pickles, celery, sugar free jello and sugar free pops anything else?

Alright...am I clueless or did I once see on here a place to keep track of our goals? If anyone knows please help!
