I saw they have it here at the store. It has carrots in it though. Is that ok?

I have a full box of chili, full box of vanilla shakes and a full box of Cappuccino.

I cant seem to find a good mix with the vanilla. It is so so sweet I feel ill when I drink it.

I have never been a coffee or cappuccino drinker...actually same with the chili I have never in my life eaten chili.


I would be happy to trade for other shakes, other soups...pretty much anything ...

I am getting to do my first order since my original 4week supply. My husband only gets paid once a months so its now or I wont have the money in a couple weeks.

I plan on ordering some of the crackers. Are the pkg worth it, in your opinions? Are there more then 2 crackers per bag :lol: I was thinking of getting two of the ...

I was watching "Last Holiday" last night with Queen Latifah. There is a part when she is assisting the head chef of a fancy hotel in preparing dinner (long story). Anyway, at one point you see him making deep fried and perfectly seasoned *turnips*! I was cracking up!!!

Here is the recipe. Maybe we can try it with butter flavored Pam???

So tell me.. what are some of the foods you eat that are less common amongst the general population? Have you been able to find a way to continue to enjoy these foods while doing MediFast? What do you like about those foods? Maybe we'll all find new things to try!

I use the ketostix and was wondering whether the result should be large, moderate or trace of ketones.

Hey guys, I leave and come back and find a place to vent. Well, here I go:

I have been off of MF for about 6 weeks now. I have been living at the hospital, either working or visiting my Mom. She had a massive MI about six weeks ago, went into cardiogenic shock and has been on extensive medications for her blood pressure, even had a balloon pump (for all you nurses out there). ...

I guess I'm not thinking straight. I posted a new message, but it's under guest....anyway this is what it said.

You all have been so great. I'm still trying to get my meals in, and I refuse to give up or give in to temptation.

I look forward to happier, thinner days. I know that in a week or two, I'll feel better and the scale will move again. I just need to get through ...
