ok, well, the person who said she wanted my jeans flaked, so i am offering one more time before they hit the v.a. truck. i also have several pairs of 24s that i am pleased to say i will be parting with.

some of the 26's are worn around the bottoms. most of the 24's are in very good shape. mainly old navy bootcut, but some lame giant.

I just love MF.. I have been on it a few months and have gone from a 3x top down to a 18.. Yippie..

So I have a bunch of tops and a few pants all different sizes.

I have a few tops 3x, lots of 2x tops for sure..
i have some that say 20, 22 so dont no what they are other then that..

I have 2 pair of like brand ...

Oh yeah!

I have to start my journal over. Bummer. On that day when things were messed up on the forum and everyone was posting things twice, well i tried to delete my second identical post and I ended up deleting my whole journal by accident. Oh well.
I'm a little discouraged because I've been stalled for a few days. I've been going up and down between 15 or 16 lbs. I was on my TOM and ...

So, I am having a small party for 4th of July at my apartment, and then we're all heading up to the rooftop to watch the Macy's fireworks (excellent view of fireworks with the Empire State Building as a backdrop)...All fun and wonderful, but planning the food and alcohol for my friends when I can't have any is a unique experience!

I already told my friends that whatever is left when they're ready to leave ...

Going out to lunch for the first time today since being on MF. I'm going to have my lean and green. I've decided what to have early so I don't have to suffer through the menu :) Grilled chicken breast and a salad with no cheese or croutons (or carrots if applicable). BUT what salad dressing??? This rest. doesn't usually have a fat free or low fat ...

I got off plan for a month. I won't go into the excuses, because frankly there is no excuse! Here is my beginning picture. This is very difficult for me to post. But I realize it is probably difficult for us all to admit our unhealthyness. The only good news is I only gained back 7 of the 12 I had lost.

My son took the pictures. So he made me take one of him. ...

I finally have the nerve to post my pics. I can't believe less than 5 months ago I looked like that. Feeling great now. :)
