Why can I only have 1 cup of Jello (10 calories) as my snack but a full pack of soy crisps? I find this deeply unfair. :-P

I weighed in this morning with a 9.5 pound loss in my first week! I'm so motivated. I saw a daily loss on the scale, and it kept me going. I'm not absolutely crazy about the food, but I'll tell you, it's worth that kind of progress!
Also, with my lean and green meal so restrictive, it's saving me loads of time in the grocery store, and in the kitchen. Just what I needed! Stop ...

I've been on Medifast for about 5 weeks now

The first 3 weeks were great I lost about 10 pounds, however I haven't lost anything for a while now, almost a week.

However I dont know whats caused the weight to stop.

I am still in ketosis
