I'm traveling the country for the next 2 months or so.

I'm currently in Nashville, but next week I'll be in Milwaukee. There I will have the pleasure of meeting up with LoriannK for a L & G Tuesday night, July 18. Anyone in the general vicinity care to join us?

I don't know why, but Medifast is making me seriously depressed. Perhaps because I wasn't able to face the reality that I put on 30 pounds in the last 3 months and already needed to lose probably 20.

But now, all I can think about are my flabby arms, my gigantic thighs, my unacceptable tummy... I'm almost done with week 5 and my clothes have not gotten any looser, although my face is thinner. It's ...

I love Pickles I just bought 2 of the gigantic ones from the local deli. Am I aloud to eat pickles (the pickles are for my son but they look so good)

Do I have to go to the site evey time?
How do I get it to be in my signature block?

Hello! I'm 5'8" and I started at 250 and here is the before picture.


Right now I am at 192 and doing great! I'm not sure what my goal weight should be. Maybe 130 or 140? Any suggestions? Here I am right now.
