Use this as a substitute for sour cream and/or cream cheese. It’s easy to make and tastes fabulous!

3 cups plain, non-fat yogurt
herbs, spices, garlic, etc. (optional)

I'm soooo thrilled..that i'm on day 5 and I lost 4 lbs! I'm not feeling tired, hungry anymore. The first 3-4 days was a killer! I was licking the inside of the wrapping from the bars!! haha..my co-wrker had a kick out of that.I can't stand the smell of chicken soups! I 'd like to lose 20 lbs.

ASIAN STYLE COLESLAW
4 servings

1/4 cup rice vinegar
4 - 8 teas. sesame oil
4 teas. splenda
4 teas. chopped ginger
2 teas. toasted sesame seeds
salt and pepper

Shake ingredients together and adjust all proportions to taste. Pour over one head shredded cabbage, I prefer Savoy cabbage, or one bag store-bought pre-shredded cabbage sans carrots). Mix together and allow to marinate for at least 2 hours.
