Hot Pockets brand have a Lean Pocket ULTRA now they are 210 cal., fat isn't too bad but the great thing is that the carbs and protein are actually BALANCED!!! How great is that?!!

I tried them on my kids and the love them. Have only found Ham and Cheese and Supreme Pizza flavors.

Good Morning! I have lost 10 pounds as of this morning. I changed my restart date because when I posted my before pics, I wrote June instead of July. So I really restarted on July 14. I hope to have another losing week!

My weight problem began after had my first child twenty years ago. I'd love to blame my weight problem on my children but I'd only be kidding myself. My weight program, like many, was a result of bad eating habits, not exercising enough and just not having the discipline to turn down food. Just call me the Yo-Yo ...

It's 113 here in California, Bay Area. Today I feel a little worried and scared because it's been hot now for over a week with tempertures in the high 90's and into the 100's. The forcast for the next week says 100 across the board....
