For me it was when I was buttering sour dough bread for dinner tonight and did not have One Single tingle to eat the small piece!! :yippee:

I had a thought after readying someone who watched Oprah and was told it's best to not weigh very often.

How about the 1st. of Aug. we weigh in and then not weigh again until Sept. 1st? Is that scary or what? I think I just started sweating... 8) :shock: :shock: ...

Does anyone else experience this? What is the stuff in the creamy tomato soup that is sort of waxy and white? I eat a spoonful, then if I run my teeth along my tounge, this waxy stuff comes off--you can see it in the soup, too, or if you let it sit and it forms a "skin" on the top.

I do like the soup, just not that waxy stuff. ...

Its sooooo funny how i was starving the 1st 5 days and now I'm not hungry at all(2wks on sat.)....& i almost forget to eat! I swear i have to force myself to eat every 2-3 hrs. My stomach is getting flatter each day! I wake up in the a.m. and run to the mirror! lol

i went on "vacation" last tuesday to visit my boyfriends family in NJ/NY.

First i had to board our sick kitty with the vet monday night, then tuesday night after catching the plane our flight was cancelled and we had to sleep in the airport till the next plane came in the morning.

We arrived in New York 9am weds, to my dismay his grandma picked us up and would be driving us all week. ...

I've finally gone down another pound, was stuck for 3 days. I noticed that I was getting a little down, and was almost afraid to step on the scale today, even though I've been doing great all week.
It made me wonder, how often SHOULD I be weighing myself? :scratchhead:

If I add 12 oz of water to my shakes instead of 8, does that count towards my water for the day? Can I count the extra 4 oz to my total?

Just placed my first order, but I have a couple of questions. Are diet softdrinks allowed? Are there any salad dressings I can use besides the only one that Medifast offers?
