Just stumbled across this on the mymedifast forum. Apparently they are arranging both an East and West Coast Cruise for Medifasters.

The East Coast Cruise is leaving January 22nd for 4 nights from Port Canavaral. Cruising NASSAU, BAHAMAS & COCO CAY. It's on the Royal Carribean Line, Sovreign of the Seas. Cost varies. I weighed myself today, and I am 8 lbs down. That is really good news, except that I don't feel 8 lbs lighter. I'm sure that this is normal when you have 60-70 lbs to lose, so I will keep on keeping on. Maybe next week I will feel lighter or notice something.

Hi all. Just started on the program 7/31/06. Been fighting my weight since 1983 after the birth of my son. Taken it off a coupla of times, but have always let it creep back on. I'm just under 6 ft. I took a popsicle out of the freezer and popped it into my mouth. It was so darn cold when I went to take it out of my mouth...my lips were glued
to it! I carefully peeled my lips off of it...but they still were bleeding all over the place!
I had to throw my popsicle out..because of all the darn blood!

Today I am happy to report I have lost 50 pounds! I would never have believed it if I wasn't seeing it with my own eyes. I have lost 50 pounds! It makes me so happy to be able to say that :lol:
