Has anyone here tried the "Saigon Cinnamon" put out by McCormick Spice Company? Wow, it's delicious, almost too delicious. I mean, it tastes like it has sugar in it, but I don't see any reference of it being added to the product. The outside states that it is one of the "sweetest" cinnamons around, but this stuff tastes REALLY sweet to me. I've been dumping it in everything, shakes, soups, puddings, oatmeal.

I really don't care for the chicken with wild rice and chicken noodle soups....I have had the same 2 boxes sitting in the pantry for ages....does anyone have any suggestions for legal ways to make these yummier??

Well, I am back to successfully reach my goal (which has yet to be determined.) I'm going to work towards 3 goals: high-medium-low end of my height/weight chart and see where I feel most comfortable, healthy, and energetic and look my best.

I received my huge MF order last week, but my motivation just arrived today. ;) Go figure.

Has anyone used this in conjunction with their exercise? I can't get a good handle on if this is just for people who want to bulk up or if it's also for people who are trying to increase muscle:fat ratio.

My sister was on Medifast, Dr. prescription.. anyhow. She found this nifty little battery operated hand mixer. She gave it to me when we visited her and now I want another one and other people have asked also.
It basically looks exactly like those little hand-held mini fans, but instead of a fan, a little plastic stick that forks at the end is in it. You just put the thing in your cup and press ...

Today, I'm wearing a top that is an XL from the regular sized dept. I don't ever remember wearing normal sized clothing as I've been overweight my entire life. No more plus sizes for me. Bottoms can't be far behind :mrgreen:
