Well I made the big jump and ordered MF on 8/7/06. With all the issues with shipping I finally got my order yesterday - 8/16. The wait has been killing me and giving me time to think and worry. The most difficult part I think, it the plataeu. That Mr. Scale, um.
Well when I stopped looking so much at the scale to determine my success, I realized the inches was giving me the benediction. My inches said, may the Lord watch, between me and thee, while we are absent, one from the other. AMEN!!!

Ok. I've always liked the swiss mocha shake. I noticed the weird chalky taste, but it never bugged me. Today I made my shake almost 40 minutes before I drank it, and a lot of the chalkiness calmed down. There's still sort of an aftertaste of it, but for those of you who hate this shake because of this taste.. try making it ahead of time and see if you like it better.

I have sort of lurked on this forum on and off since I started Medifast, in Feb. Anyway, it has been such a help and inspiration to me, I thought I needed to learn how to post and say Hi! I have lost 43 pounds as of today. Most of the weight has come off much slower than what I read you all achieve, but I am so happy with my loss.

so yet again...after going down 5 lbs more after being stuck @ 190 for nearly 4 weeks, im stuck again... i know i shouldnt be getting so frustrated.. because im still losing...but i guess its just ... i wish the numbers were going down more...eh maybe its time to pull out the measuring tape again? just a little frustrated not seeing the 2-3 lbs i was losing before i got below 200.
