Hello everyone,
just got my second order of mf, and I went alittle overbaord with the pudding. I was going to eat it 3xs/day since it is one of the few things that I actually like, but now that I have "discovered" the oatmeal cookies, they fit better with my busy school/work schedule.

Have: 3 boxes chocolate pudding
Want: Oatmeal

Still new to MF I see "RTD's" a lot. Could someone educate me on what RTD's are? Thanks.

I've been on the 5+1 plan for almost 2 weeks now. The first week was great, no headaches and i didn't even have hunger cravings. However the past 5 days i've had a constant headache, and a sense of cloudyness. I wake up to this feeling and it dosent even go away at any point during the day.

I have been doing real good since I got back from California but at night I have been snacking. I can't even say that I am hungry either, I never snacked before just the last couple of days. Its driving me bonkers!!!!
