Hi all.
I have been lurking on this forum for months. Am I Ok to participate in this forum if I have not done Medifast? I have done a bariatrics diet, similar to Medifast, but have not found any forums dedicated to Bariatrics. Other than a few differences in the products, I have not been able to see a huge distinction between the diet I have been on and Medifast. I began in January, lost ...

so I take it you have to let the bubble get out of the soda before putting it in the magic bullet??? I would love to try some of those recipes using soda but am leary of having an explosion... I think this question was asked before but can't find the answer...
