I love Medifast and losing all this weight, but MAN!!! It's getting pretty expensive...not the food, the clothing!! Not only do I have to continually buy smaller sizes, but I've suddenly developed the female "shopping gene". Something which I've always prided myself in missing. My method of shopping has always been a very practical matter. I'd usually go in, find what I was looking for...(no time for browsing), buy it and walk out the door. ...

I have a pair of pants that used to be my favorite, but sadly when I was at my heaviest, I could not fit in them. I tried them on today, and they fit! I am even going to wear them to dinner. YAY!

Just an update... my mom is doing great, but my best friends mom passed away last Wednesday and the funeral is this coming Wednesday in Oklahoma.
I am glad that my mom and I got to stay with her when we were on our trip back in June, but apparently she got worse.
I am leaving with my friend tonight to drive back and will be back next Sunday,
