anyone else having crappy service from medifast1 . com?

i placed an order on August 25th and STILL haven't received my order. i'm running out of food BIG TIME here. i don't know what to do.

when i contact them they have NO shipping information. Medifast Rep Dave said he has to talk to shipping and call me back on WEDNESDAY. by then i won't HAVE any food left.

I am back from St.Kitts! Everything went great and I am officially engaged to be married! :)

I couldn't do MF out there because of the expense of shipping and I was super careful about the food I ate and I did a lot of walking. I didn't gain any weight, which made me happy.

I am starting back at work in a few weeks ...

The leopard top I am wearing is in honor of our NANCY!
I bought it months back when it was too small for me.

I have 5 packets of minestrone soup I want to trade for pudding, oatmeal, chicken rice soup, 55 shakes (chocolate vanilla strawberry), or diabetic shakes. I'm also willing to do 4 bars for all 5 soups. I'm never going to eat these so they're just wasting space.

I just have to give props to my hubs for staying so compliant and so very determined to get this weight off. Even while I am now ordering pizza, or other stuff (me being prego and have cravings and all... ) he has remained a ROCK. It sure has paid off for him, 90 pounds in 4 months.

I posted new pics in the studio of him as well.

Wow, it has been a while. I got down to 265 LBS. and suffered from some personal problems and gained back 13 LBS. So I will be starting again on tuesday. Thank everybody!

On August 1st, Take Shape For Life launched their new IT System. Some client information did not transfer as smoothly as the IT vendor had promised…it resulted in some people not receiving orders because the computers at the order desk did not link to the computers in the fulfillment center…it was skanky for a while but most things are running smoothly now.
