Ok I know all wont go for this but I love sending out Birthday cheer and since the things dont show Birthdays I was wondering if it would be ok to have a Birthday list. You wouldnt have to put the year if it bothers ya but I know how Birthday Cheer can make most people smile all day long!

Okay so I think I have my answer to the banana pudding, which was the MF meal I dreaded most. I turned it into a shake. Loads of ice, a splash of Buttered Rum DV SF syrup and a lot of pumpkin pie spice. Yum. I think I will do the pudding as shakes from now on because really not a fan of the texture of any puddings.

I started on the MF plan thru a clinic, and my MF advisor only wants me to have 1 diet soda per day or just 16 oz of other non-caloric fluid (other than water). They say its to keep the sodium level down, but there is only 35mg in a diet pepsi, yet they say I can have a pickle which has 350 mg??? I'm willing to live with all these restrictions, I just don't ...

I stepped on the scale this morning and had to rub my eyes and take a second look! I am down to 150#. My starting weight was 170# on August 1! I am sooo excited! :yay:

I have decided to go all in and put my before picture up here. This picture was taken when I was on vacation in Montana and is the only full length picture I could find. I was at my heaviest at 220 when this was taken. Hopefully I will have a new picture to post soon!!!

I have been on MF for 5 1/2 weeks now and lost 14lbs, but seem to be stuck. my weight has not changed in a week and a half.

I have climbing class now, so I eat a bar before the class, and my L&G after. I drink tons of water, usually around 100 oz per day, and I only have the bars on climbing days.

So someone suggested to heat the oatmeal raisin bars and I tried it and it was great. I took a small fork, put the bar on a small plate, and it was like eating pastry. This morning I did it with the lemon bar and it was yummy too. Going to try it with all of them. But have to be careful as you can only nuke them for 20 seconds or so ...

I got the fruit punch substituted in my order, and had a severe respiratory attack when I drank it (i'm allergic to pineapple). I read the ingredients, and must have been sleeping because HELLO! there is a picture of pineapple on the box!

I gave one to a friend to see if she would trade, but she didn't like it, so I have 5 left.
