Would like to trade for any oatmeal, preferably

I also have 1 box + 6 packets of Chili I can trade for Oatmeal, chocolate shakes or Ministrone.

Ginger peach tea jello

I was checking out teh Jell-O site and they had an idea to make peach jello using tea and adding some peaches.

I made SF peach jello and used Crystal lite in place of water. I just added in ginger. Not too bad. I am sure it would be better with chunks of peaches, but chunks of ginger aren't bad for the crunch adn tang part.

I was thinking of trying something with ginger peach ...

I wanted to put this up because I will be at the LA triathl;on tomorrow and unable to post.

The scale finally moved!! After 11 days of being stuck, I am down another 2.5 lbs. That makes me 194, and a total loss of 16lbs in 6 weeks.

"fake" mashed potatoes

Hi all, I know this has already been up on the post somewhere in the past. But for all the new people and people who are having troubles with their L&G or missing potatoes....

Last night I pureed some steamed cauliflower in the food processor with a little ICBINB, nutmeg and garlic powder. Honestly it really is pretty close to mashed spuds and really yummy way not to miss them.

Open mouth; insert foot

I've been getting the same question from a lot of coworkers and I wonder if anyone else is. Over the last week or so I've had multiple people approach me and ask "Did you have gastric bypass surgery?" It's happened at least daily.

Is there a correct way to react to this question? No one has prefaced it with say hey you look like you have lost weight or anything just straight to did you ...

Timing

I'm sorry if this is discussed somewhere, I thought this would be a good place to ask...

I'm wondering how important timing is with the 'lean and green' meal. Does it have to be the last thing I eat in a day? Can I, say, eat 3 Medifast meals, have my 'lean and green', and then have 2 more Medifast meals?

I'm on an unusual schedule, and that's how it would work best for me. ...
