I thought I read a post here stating the MF nutritionist said we could have yocheese / yogurt cheese as part/whole lean portion of our L+G .. I cant find that post again and does anybody know if this is true or not? Or did I dream it :lol:

This is the umpteenth time that I've started MF. I do great for the first 2-3 days then fall off the wagon and have to start over again. :x

Any advise would be greatly appreciated!

Just a general question for those out there, how much
weight do you really lose per week?

Based on the Ketone test, I am in Ketosis, yet the last two weeks I've only lost 2 pounds one week, and 2.8 the next. Guess its a little frustating when i was losing 3 pounds a week in the pre-diet phase while eating carbs. Will I ever see a 5 pound week?
