How much could I lose in one week y'all think?
I've lost weigh on medifast before but I need
to know how much you guys think I could lose in just one week?

It's me, Supermom!! I have a question. Are the flavor infusors not available in a variety pack so I can try all flavors?? I can only find where I can order a whole box of either of the 3 flavors. I would really like to try them before I buy a whole box, then mess with trading, etc. Any advice?? Thanks so much!!

Good morning everyone. Hopefully you all had a wonderful week OP, but if not then hang in there and take it one day at a time.

Down 2.9 pounds for the week putting me at a total loss at 38.7 pounds in 2 1/2 months. Also, it puts me back into the 100 lb club for total loss! Good luck to everyone today!

is cream cheese allowed? i've heard cottage cheese is but as a snack. if cottage cheese is allowed then why not cream cheese? even if it's fat free cream cheese?

I realize how much discussion there is in journals, and elsewhere, about types of exercise, length of time, different machines ,etc. And I LOVE talking shop about exercise/running/gyms/whatever, but I just want to remind all you folks out there who are intimidated, scared, or overwhelmed by the options or idea of getting out there, that you don't have to do ANY of this research ...

Just started 5 days ago and am down 4-1/2 pounds this week.
