I have a question as your resident "tweak freak".
Do any of you use some of your snack MF crackers to make "Shake n' bake" for your L&G meat? Thanks for any replies.

you don't see that often-- outside of jenny craig commercials.
hell, even the spots for gyms use people who are maybe 15# overweight.

Good Morning to all. Package came yesterday, get to start a week from Monday so excited! Just wondering what I can put on the oatmeal? Soymilk with splenda? We don't eat it dry, do we?
