Yikes - I reached goal today! :yes: When I started MF and set my original goal of 134#, I intended to reassess when I reached it. So, I am going for 129#!!

This afternoon I was hurrying to marinade my chicken tenders before picking my kids up from the bus. Well, I have all my Walden Farms stuff in one section, on the door of the refrigerator. I threw the tenders in a bowl, grabbed the "bar-B-Q sauce" off the refrigerator door, quickly poured my 2 T, and started mixing it together. Ok when I click the tsfl link to go to the site it says..."Needs Flash" well I install it and it says "Flash Installed" but each time I try to go back to the site it still tells me I need Flash.

I deleted my cookies..restarted..everything..I need help please..this chickie needs to place an order :lol:

I just got the results back from my cholestrol test when I got my life insurance policy. Wooohoooo!!!!!!

Before I started MF my total chol. was 285. I am down to 208!!! My triglycerides is 114 ...

The annoying nosy co-worker came over to me and said quite loudly "What are you doing? Starving yourself? You never eat anything but those shakes. What are you trying to do? Kill yourself by starvation?"

I've been quiet this week, but not off program. I am as of this morning 121 lbs down! That moves me to the 120# club. Been waiting for it all weekend and yesterday I actually hit 120.4 lbs!

Want to try it to bake chiken and zucchini; thumbs up? thumbs down? anyone?

I have a question. Am i in the right section of the forum? I was planning on starting the diet over the weekend in case my stomach got upset, so I wouldnt be at work with a tummy ache (or worse). But i would like to start tomorrow. Have a lot of people had problems with that or is that warning mostly for the lactose intolerant? Thanks!!!
