I have a question:

Are any of you food addicts, especially carb/sugar addicts. Carbs and sugar are my weekness. For those of you who can relate, how has medifast affected you carb/sugar - food addiction?

I'm nervous as anything to post this full body before pic, but it's time to bite the bullet and do it. Mind you I have NO makeup, I'm tired, and hairs not done in the pic, but it's all about seeing "the full bod" not the face. If I don't send it now I never will. So I'm just doing it. Almost through my first day back. Should be pretty easy to stay on the program since we'll be moving to Oregon. I think the full fast will keep me from cheating since I wont have to deal with food at all. I'll just go one day at a time.

I am starting medifast this weekend and have a few questions.

First, is it safe and healthy to eat only 800-1000 calories a day? Everything I have ever heard states other wise.

Secondly, do you find that you have less energy due to the drastic decrease in calories?

Thirdly, with so little calories, do you find yourself feeling hungry all the time?

I am just curious as what to expect.
