I had a question about the MF meals. How important is the 6th meal. I start my day with my first MF shake at 7 am, then have my L&G at 7 pm. I am usually in bed by 9 pm. Should i make myself have the last supplement before I go to bed or will my diet be okay without it.Thanks!

BUT, it seems that my body is loosing in different stages. I have these pants that last month were too tight and this month too loose in my butt. Not too loose to wear but in my mid scetion they are snug, no as tight as before but snug. I haven't taken my measurements in a while and having said that I will after I post this but I was wondering if any one else ...

Some of you will remember that when I first began my Medifast weight loss journey on January 12, 2006,

I ordered some cocoa and raspberry iced tea in my last order and I'm not crazy about either of them. Anyone got any ideas for doctoring them up ? I've tried the cocoa hot and it was too sweet and yucky texture and the iced tea had a strange taste to it too. Would welcome any recipes. Thanks

I'ts not perfect, but it really helps the "gag factor" on cream of broccoli for me... Son found some "Better than Boullion" in Lobster and another in Clam flavored base. Not quite..but if I close my eyes and hold my nose, it almost tastes like clam chowder with out the clam and potatoes..

I have the following available for trade and would love to trade for Chicken Wild Rice, strawberry or chocolate shakes, oatmeal, or orange delight. I would also be willing to trade for anything not on this list...

Hello everyone. I am Julie, and I am new to the board, and new to Medifast as of Sunday. So far, I am doing great, and actually very shocked that the foods are so good. I never thought I would be able to follow a plan with shakes and bars. I am finding that way of thinking was wrong.

I'm going to try the chocolate pudding, hot chocolate, & hot chai tea ( not all at once. hee hee :lol: ) For those of you that have tried them already, I was wondering if any of them need something added to them to make them taste better or do they taste fine the way they are. I figured I'd ask before actually making one of them ...

1 box banana shakes
1 box of latte
6 packages chicken noodle soup
1 box of chicken & rice soup
1 box french vanilla shakes
6 packages peach oatmeal
