okay... so today I've been hitting the stores, wandering aimlessly from aisle to aisle trying to find something that fits me. I feet like Goldilocks, sans the blond hair.

Even my shoe size has changed, so I actually bought a pair with little 2" heels... I never thought I'd buy heels ever again...combination of too much weight and too little balance at 334 pounds.

But back to the clothing shopping... I shop mainly at Walmart ...

I am sorry if this is a silly question, but I found this forum via google, and I have ordered from the main Medifast site twice. I would love to give my business to someone here---just don't know where everyone orders from. I read a bit about a Be Slim club?? Sorry I am so new, I am still learning the ropes!

I've been wondering about the similarities we have. I mean....well....we all have weight issues, but I'm wondering what other things we have in common that may contribute to these issues.

For instance, I think that most of us are quite bright. Though I'm not highly educated, my IQ is 140. Anyone else?

I know, I know...I'm more than halfway to my goal and this flub is trying to hold on for dear life, but it's really pissing me off while trying to do so. LOL!

I'm seriously thinking of doing the 6-0 from here on out but that kind of scares me because of...ummm...well...I'm scared of major sandbox ...

Advil has carbs ...

Each 200mg tablet has 0.23 carbs ~ a small amt., I know; however, during TOM my doc lets me take more than the recommended allowance. I've probably had at least 10 tabs today ~ ARGHHH!!! Still not a significant amount unless you're having powedered splenda, as well. Hidden carbs are lurking everywhere!!!

Thanks for the suggestions - I guess the iced tea is hopeless! But, I'll definitely try the cocoa cold with ice in a blender. That sounds much better.
