I just started the Medifast Diet last week to lose 65 lbs.

Glad to be here.

If you've read my journal you know I'm headed off on another road for a few months - but most of the food I have will not last long enough for me to justify hanging onto it. I'd like to clear it all out and start fresh when I'm ready to begin again, which could be over a year from now. So, here is what I have for sale:

I've never started a roll call before and don't have a ton to report.

I didn't make it into the 80# club yet, but am patient and hope to report it next week.

Water: I've been trying to drink 64 fl oz a day, regardless of whether I have the shakes or not. I read that the water consumed in shakes counts towards the 64 oz. True?
