I figured I'd introduce myself to those of you that don't know me.

My name is DeDe and I lost over 100lbs on Medifast. I was within 12lbs of goal. I fell off the wagon, then had some health problems. I went from 160 to 181. I'm done with my medication that was balooning me up and just finishing my first day 100% back on plan.

Hi everyone in forum land.

I have been on medifast since Aug 26, 2006. This is a very different kind of "diet" and each day my thoughts vary on staying true to the plan. I really miss eating, I knew I had been emphasizing food too much, but I had no idea how much I depended on food for mood corrections.

For those of you thinking about the plan, it works. I am not hungry. ...
