I have:
(2) full boxes of French Vanilla Berry Oatmeal
(13) packages of Ranch Dressing (1 short of a full box)
(4) packages of Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal
(1) additional package of French Vanilla Berry Oatmeal
(4) Orange Delight 70 shakes

I would like to make a little something off of these simply ...

Just bought a new gadget ... The Garmin Forerunner 205 which is a GPS device built into a watch that continuously monitors time, distance, pace, and calories burned when you walk/jog/run.

I havent posted in a long time. I let the stresses and life issues stop me again. We do that dont we. Well I have ballooned back up and havent been on a scale for a long time. I am new to medifast and started 2 weeks ago this coming tuesday.

I started when i saw how much weight my boss had lost in only 6 weeks.
( and she didnt have that much to lose maybe 35 lbs and she had lost 16 in 5 weeks)

I tried every diet out there ( cabbage soup was the worst ) this has been the EASIEST diet I have ever been ...

Hi guys!

I have developed a sudden aversion to the Fruit N Nut bars- not really sure why- I used to like them quite a bit!!!

At any rate, I have a brand new, unopened box up for trade.

I'd prefer to swap for bars if possible, but I'm open to suggestions?

Also- still have a new box of Minestrone if anyone is interested...doesn't seem to be very popular these days! ...
