Can anyone tell me if these are any good? It appears that they only come in HALF GALLONS, and I'd hate to be stuck with that much if I didn't like them.

So, has anyone tried them yet? Good? Gross?

Hi, I joined Medifast 3 weeks ago, and have lost 9 pounds already! I just wanted to say what a wonderful diet this is- and this is the first diet EVER (and, believe me there have been many)..that I have stuck to and have not wanted to cheat on! Not even a nibble of bad stuff.
I belong to a Medifast center, and love going in each week to weigh and track my progress on ...

Just heard back from my doctor. The scary Potassium from yesteday turned out to be a "lab error'. The retest this morning showed everything in perfect order.. yayayayay....and the best part is that this doctor wants me to stop taking my BP meds. He agreed that my last reading of 97/55 counter indicates the need for me to be on the meds...diabetes or not.

Aloha Everyone! Today a great day because..... I finally made it to the 30# club!!! Yeah!!! Those last stubborn pounds took a few weeks to come off.. But they are history :woohoo: !
I am now 140. I haven't been at this weight since 1994!! Onward to the 130's and the 40# club.. I can't wait!

I read alot about people here who go off plan with one meal or day by accident or on purpose. I am guilty myself.

If I'm on plan and I eat something (such as a burrito) 1 night does it take another 3 days to get back into ketosis and lose weight? Or will it just be added calories and carbs so you wont lose for another day or so?
