I just came home from my business trip.... i did not cheat (as far as carbs/sugars) at ALL... I did go over on my oz's for steak and seafood, but i stuck to veggies, no butter, salads w/ no cheese, croutons and lite dressings on the side, and had my 5 MF meals spaced pretty evenly.... i downed so much water i think ...

I STILL HAVE TWO BOXES OF CHICKEN AND WILD RICE, AND 2 BOXES OF CREAM OF CHICKEN TO TRADE.

WOULD LIKE TO HAVE:

CAPPUCCINO

CHAI LATTE

CHOCOLATE PUDDING

CHOCOLATE SHAKE

SWISS MOCHA SHAKE

VANILLA SHAKE

ANY TAKERS????????

Okay, I feel totally stupid. I am definitely new to this site, and now can't figure out how to incorporate my ticker into my information. Can anyone help with that? It's driving me crazy! :x

I am exceptionally hungry today. I am on getting to the end of my second week. I don't keep track of that time of the month, so it could be coming.

What do you normally do? I am barely making it 2 hours.

Okay, my parents are taking my husband and me on a free trip to NYC. We already have reservations for restaurants, shows, etc.... I don't see how I can stick to the plan for those days! We're going to Sardi's, Tavern on the Green, Trattoria del Arte.....should I just eat as healthy as I can? I have no problem doing the shakes for breakfast- but we'll be out and about ALL day EVERY day. Anyone ...

Nova's NSV post has reminded me that I have a problem that I need some advise on.

The pressure to buy tall boots is overwhelming me. Every fashion catalogue I have has them plastered everywhere. You don't see a skirt with "normal" shoes, they are all paired with tall boots.

Now, I know you girls in Texas and surrounding areas think that tall boots are just the thing, but up here in the north east, ...

OK, so we tried with the big 6 month old Black Lab/Bull Terrier mix and he was WAYYY too aggressive for us (he nipped at me today) So my son found him a great home with one of his friends and we went back to the pound to get another puppy.
