Hello evryone, hope someone can help me. I ordered the first time Promo that had one week free plus free shipping. I would like to order another month and lose at least 10 more pounds. My question is, does everyone order from TSFL? I figured to order what I like most is $225.00, that's for 4 meals for 4 weeks. Does this sound right to everyone? Is there a better less expensive way to go?? ...

Just wondering ... and looking for tips from other veggies.

The day of my surgery my DH came in with these beautiful flowers. I started to yell at him for spending money on me :oops: and he stammered "nonono they're from Reginia"

Went to our first hockey game of the season last night, which was a big ole test for us. We hadn't been since last December. At that time, we were soooo uncomfortable in the arena seats we had to have a seat between us just to be able to breath. Brian and I both literally spilled out and over our seats last year. It was horrible.

Last night though! We both fit very nicely! ...

Woohoo I am starting us off this week!

I am down a pound this week which in turn brings me to 40 lbs gone!!!
