Well, I'm back ...
I first joined MF in March 2006 at 224lb ... did wonderfully and got to a 'svelte' 196 (I was SO proud of myself! I hadn't seen anything under 200 in over 15 YEARS!)

So, what can you do now thanks to your healthier, slimmer body that you couldn't do previously?

Here's a portion of my list:

clip my toenails
tie my shoe with one hand on either side of my leg
curl up in my futon chair
curl up with my hubby in his futon chair
adjust the driver's seat based on the length of my legs not the size of my belly
buy clothes in pseudo regular ...

Well here is my picture of me when I started even though I had already lost about 20 pounds. Here I am over 5 months later, down 111 pounds!!!

Big change in the last month, and friends noticed these changes. Felt real nice when last night I had people I have known for probably 8-10 years not recognize me since I haven't seen them in 10 months.

I've never been a fan of dill pickles, so that MF compliant snack didn't thrill me. But today!! Woohoo.... I found sugar free Bread & Butter pickles at the grocery store. The brand is Mt. Olive (have no idea how common that is) and they're sweetened with splenda. And they're pretty darn yummy.

Made my day (ok ok i have no life) !! ;)
