I am going to Antigua for 10 days and am wondering if anyone know whether or not I can takes my products with me?? I know you can not transport fruit and vegetables and meats, etc, but what about packaged foods like medifast? Does anyone know the answer to this?
I don't plan on taking much, just enough to have a few "snakcs" every so foten to try and keep up with the plan!
