I have not weighed for a couple of weeks and thought I had better do so before thanksgiving so I faced my demon this morning and got on the scale...down 2 pounds and I am shocked because I have been doing a mini cheat here and there with relatives visiting from Ireland and connecticut...thank you Lord...I promise to be good

I do not know why I am having ahrd time today. I am keeping busy here in the house, dishes, laundry, moping things like that. But i feel like i want to eat.. I am not really really hungry.

My Mom started Medifast 13 days ago, and after a week, she got diarrhea. Any advice? She drinks all the water, and is taking fiber too. Any sugestions?

I'm FINALLY posting my before and during pics. This before pic is actually at 160 pounds. I started MF at 170 pounds on Aug 1. The after pic is 137 pounds taken on Nov. 2.

My 12 year old son told me, my before picture looks like I'm a Grandma. MY 16 your old son said I looked like Fiona from Shrek when she's an ogre. I love my kids!! ...
