I've been posting of the MF website for a while, and I just recently discovered this one. WOW! You guys have had amazing progress!

I've been on MF since May 06 and I have lost 47 pounds. I have about 90 more to go.

Thanks for all the inspirational posts. What a positive place!

Someone PLEASE help w/ ideas to flavor this horrible oatmeal!!! I had been putting off trying it because my friend said it was bad... i finally decided to give it a shot because there are so many in my cupboard, and eeewwwww... i did not like it at all! Any ideas are welcome, maybe have to put up for swap later..... HELP!
