Hi everyone!

I'm a newby, but have been lurking around and have been very inspired by all the support you show your fellow Medi Fasters.

I have had my MF for a while but was going to wait til January to start. I can't wait, I feel terrible about myself, I can't wear very many clothes in my closet and I'm out of breath when I walk up my own stairs. So....

I had the greatest time today! I got the opportunity to meet up with Elke, Jen, and Lauraly for a lunch. Of course in a DeDe moment, I forgot to check and see if Outback was OPEN FOR LUNCH...nope!

We ended up at Chilis, had a nice talk and a good meal and i ate too many peppers and onions! Seeing what Jen and Elke have done and what Lauraly has maintained has truly ...

I have three boxes of Lemon Fantasy Bars. I will take any combo of the following to trade:

I have been constipated for days despite drinking huge loads of water...the only remedies available around the house were natural fiber laxative and milk of magnesia. Hi all - After 5 full days I have lost 13 pounds. I have followed the guidelines - right down to measuring 1 tablespoon of sugar free creamer - in my coffee. And I was so glad to read low sodium chicken broth was allowed. It has been cold here in Oregon this week!!
