Okay, I've had an eventful weekend.

I got my new TV installed, so my old tv & DVD/VCR went up into my new "workout room". As I put this room together, I'm embarassed to be out of shop considering the plethora of equipment now gathered in this room (including a fluidity bar/DVD's I still can't figure out how to get together!)

Here's the good news...my JP Pilates performer has plenty of room to hang out ...

I am sick and tired of being sick and tired....bad choices, poor exercise, or is that NO exercise have left me 41, female and 260 lbs....HELLOOOOO Medifast. I am going to keep it really simple for a while. I like the Chocolate shakes, I like the bars ( only 1 per day) I like salads, I like propel , ( can I have) I will check in often and whine I am sure... ...

hello everybody! i just started day 2 on medifast. i have about 40-50 lbs to lose and would love to lose it all by mid january. atleast 30 of it. do you guys think its possible? :cry: :cry:

I have about 10 boxes of broccoli soup that I would still love to get rid of. I'll ONLY trade for chocolate pudding, but I'm willing to trade two for one, if that helps.

Last month was complicated. There was sorrow and loss (my best friend passed away), a new job (anyone want to buy a Honda?), angst over healthcare (the company that bought my old company announced it was dropping the health plan organization that many of us retirees used, and forcing us into another which will cost about $250 more a month!) It was a month filled with malaise and my attitude towards weight loss in general ...

I just lost the first 6.5 so quickly I felt stalled but those are still good numbers!!!

1.5 pounds. I know, nothing to brag about. But I am so pleased. During the week even before my affair with Chefboyardee I had gone up to 228 (with TOTAL COMPLIANCE) from 226.5 and I stayed there for a day after the ravioli.
