TODAY I got a coupon in the mail for for $30 off my next order, but I have to use it by December 31st.

I am taking a break from mf until the first of the year. I am too busy right now between my own job (72hrs/week), school, and working in my boyfriend's store for the holiday rush. I was feeling bad because of not enough calories/sleep.

Hi...can anyone post the preparation directions for the Chili and Cream of Broccoli? I "inherited" a friend's stash and she threw out the boxes with the directions on them.

Despite my affair with 2 cookies, and a slice of cheeseless Italian pizza, I have lost 10 lbs in 12 days!!! I felt so bad about the extra carbs in those cheats that I did the full fast for 2 days, so it looks like it paid off! I feel so great today, especially b/c I am now officially out of "really bad numbers" and into just "bad numbers." I am out of the 180's ...

Hi All - I am doing the full fast - I think. But I need clarification to be sure I am doing it right. I am having 6 packets per day + the salad greens if I feel like them. I have searched the site and can't find the recommendations for the full fast. My doctor has given me the green light to do this for one month (full fast). Any one got some ideas? ...

I can't escape the dreaded oatmeal! I have two boxes of apple cinnamon and 1 box of blueberry. I'd love to get pudding or beef stew or any of the drink mixes (esp Cran Mango) for them.

I had started MF the week before and weighed about 285 in this pic. I had been at the river for Memorial Day weekend, hence the tan.
