Can anyone suggest a good scale at a half way descent price???

I made it through Christmas !! :D I went to 3 parties, made dozens of cookies, and only slipped up 1 time. I had a piece of chocolate, and it was sooooo sweet. Hard to believe that I used to go through candy a pound at a time. I weighed in this morning, and was down another 2 lbs. I am pleased. ...

Well, I decided to start the new year off by trading some of my least favorite items for a few that I like better. So here is what I have:

Chocolate Pudding - 7 packets
Vanilla Pudding - 3 packets
Beef Stew - 4 packets
Cream of Tomato Soup - 3 packets
Minnestrone - 6 packets
70 shake, Orange Delight - 5 packets
Tropical Punch - 4 packets
Cranberry Mango - 14 packets
Cappuccino - ...

I cried while I was making my coffee. FOUR POUNDS this week, two overnight....I am jusy overjoyed. I am down to 216.5. THis is my biggest week since week 1! Happy holidays everyone! :christmasbar:

I certainly didn't break any records, but today is my one month Medifast anniversary and I am down to 219.5 pounds from 233. Let's hope it holds or gets better for Sunday weigh-in...I am very happy though! I am going to keep on being compliant and let the scale do what it may! I couldn't have stuck with it without the support of everyone on this board. Even if you didn't respond to me personally ...

Hey, i have been reading about how you guys on medifast have lost 100 pounds in 4-6 months...how many calories are you on each day to lose this much. i weigh 265 and have 9 months before a trip to montana. On 1,000 cals a day could i lose 130 pounds in 9 months?

Okay... is squash allowed? Spaghetti squash/acorn/butternut/anything??!!! I'm becoming a fan of squash and wanted to know if it is okay... any advice?
