Does anyone have a deviled egg recipe we can use?? Maybe with some low fat or non-fat mayo or maybe just with mustard? I could create something but would rather know if there is a tried & tested ! recipe out there ~ plus will not have much time/$ to do tests...

Hello, I have decided to begin my journal as I will re-start the program Jan 1st or 2nd. I have not decided which day yet. I am working on getting my head in the right place over the next few days. I have had many starts and re-starts since April, so I have not lost any weight. I have not gained anymore either. Thank goodness! I love this forum and I will be coming here ...

Hi. Well, I'm doing it. I've sent off the hideous before pictures. Needless to say, as soon as possible I'll be posting "during" pictures. Wanting to erase these puppies from my memory should be good motivation!

Such a silly question, but where exactly does the weight go? I mean, mass, whatever you want to say to be technical? Shall I really expect to lose 100 pounds by going to the bathroom?

I realize this seems silly, but is that where it realy all goes? I suppose I should stock up on the TP.... Is a weight loss of 150 pounds realistic by next Christmas. I am a female, about 5'7" and ...
