My name is Angela and i am 35 yrs old.Yes i do have 5 little monkeys (kiddos)They are all 2 yrs apart and the love of my life....I am trying to figure out if Medifast is good for me.Both my doctors tell me i am overweight.I am 5 feet 8 inches and very muscular.I wera between a sz 6-8 in pants and my waist is 29 inches.I am very large busted about 36 DD ...

Yesterday I woke up starving which was very unusual for me. Typically I have my shake and I am fine. I had my shake and felt like I just drank air nothing and all day nothing but hunger today I am still feeling a little hungry. I am wondering how I know if I pushed myself out of ketosis.

I have been on and off the boards all along, but I have really been off plan since Thanksgiving. Ironically, I didn't see any weight gain until the actual week of Christmas, and found I've gone up 5 pounds.

Some of you might be shaking your heads with a little smile- what's 5 pounds?

EEK!! That's what got me to my current weight to begin with.

Hello fellow medifaster's! It's good to see so many of you still plugging along and enjoying your healthy lifestyle.

I went off of medifast around Easter last year...I got on the scale today...and you guessed it...all but 3.5 pounds are back!

My husband is getting the Lap Band surgery in June, he's 400ish lbs. I was going to do it. My consultation is scheduled for the 8th. BUT after much prayer and soul searching, I ...

I started Medifast again today. I am ready and committed to change my life for the better.

My Mother-in-law reminded me that there are certain things that only I can do for myself. My weight is my responsibility and no one else's. My success is totally up to me and the decision I make on a meal-by-meal basis.

I am recommitting as of 1/2/07 and my weight has gone up from the last time I posted any changes. I gained back 20 of the 44 I lost unfortunately so I am not in the 40# club any more...but I'll get back there!!!!
